Dietbon Weight Loss Meals Delivery: How Does It Work? #Discount

Introducing Dietbon the expert in weight control

With so many diet options to choose from, it can be hard to find a weight loss plan to suit you.

Now you may drop pounds quickly with liquid based or fasting diets such as Slim Fast, or So Shape which we have tried and seen positive results. That said, this type of diet is not a long term or sustainable lifestyle choice. Like most I am starting the New Year with a focus on heathy eating and trialling a week of Dietbon’s weight loss meals and tea. All that I want is to be able to comfortably fit into my favourite Iconic women’s jeans!

Dietbon tea

From France with love.

After appealing to France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain, Dietbon is coming to the UK. Offering a gourmet portion and calorie controlled ready-made weight loss meals delivery service Dietbon is the epitome of convenient dieting. Certified 100% natural, meals in recyclable packaging are delivered to your home: breakfast, lunch, a snack and dinner for 6 days out of 7. Delivery is free. You will need very little additional shopping, just dairy products, fruits and raw vegetables. The 7th day is free for you to enjoy organising and preparing your own meals using Dietbon’s recipes and suggestions to encourage you to adopt healthy eating habits. The slimming programs include 1, 2, 3-month packages. Their customers tend to lose up to a healthy 2 pounds a week (8lbs per month).

Dietbon app

Begin your weight loss journey in the ‘My Customer Account’ area.

Simply create a profile and choose the DietBon plan according to your weight loss goal. Add your statistics into the form and the website takes you through clear steps, highlighting your ideal weight profile, mine being 56 kg. They advised I begin by aiming to lose 10% of my current weight i.e. 7 kgs to reach 60.3 kilos as a theoretical reference to help me on my journey. To achieve this objective, it was recommended that I start my plan with menus which allow 1200 calories (considering my lifestyle means I burn around 1617 calories) to lose an average of 0.4 kilos a week. As a good all-rounder Dietbon also offer you an activity program to compliment the meal plan. For example, for myself they advised the back in shape program consisting of simple exercises (endurance, flexibility, light muscular strengthening). Online you can update and follow your weight curve, access all the coaching, recipes and physical activity information sheets.

Dietetic support is also available in the form of individual monthly consultations with a dietician.

Dietbon tea

A taste of Dietbon.

Once you have completed your profile the calorie and menu composition of your program will be personalised by a dietician during your first consultation. Offering a huge choice or 50 dishes, you choose the meals, prepared by the professional chefs, and receive a monthly delivery. The choices include vegetarian and other special diet options as well as meat and fish dishes that are varied, balanced and surprisingly tasty. I like that you can satisfy hunger pangs and sweet cravings with tasty snacks. Pre-cooked ready to eat, I was surprised meals don’t need to be stored in a fridge prior to opening. To cook they simply need to be heated for 2 minutes in the microwave, which is quick and convenient for a busy parent such as myself. Additionally, you also get an 84-page guide ‘My Dietbon guide to success’ which includes more than 20 delicious low-calorie recipes to help keep that motivation going. I love that the package ia packed full of features and really comprehensive.

The meal packaging is not currently in English, but the booklet explains what and how to store and prepare all the meals and food.

What did we think of our Dietbon week?

We lost a pound and a half over the week. What I am most impressed about is that I have been snacking much less after the week and I am hungrier in the day rather than late at night, I think because I have been eating a proper meal in the middle of the day. The simple flavours suit me and the fact you can still eat carbs and have snacks means I still feel like I am eating and not fasting.

4 months + for me, its a steady achievable weight loss so would love to give it a try. I’ve never tried one of these kind of programmes before where the meals are provided so would happily give this a try to get me on the right track ?

I put in my details and it said i should not lose weight because I am already the right weight. However, I know I could lose half a stone and look better so I’d still like to try the meal packs, but perhaps add in some healthy snacks to keep the calories a bit higher.
