Four Tips To Make A Memorable Wedding Day

by Author: Jade Lloyd

Weddings are a memorable occasion and one that will be unique in the day itself. For you and your partner, it’s your commitment to spending life together and forever in front of all your family and friends. It’s a fun occasion for all, and it’s something that many hope they will only have to do once. With that being said, there are certainly some aspects of the day that you can plan to make it more significant. Here are four tips to make a memorable wedding day.

Find The Perfect Wedding Venue.

Firstly, it’s all about finding the perfect venue for the theme of your wedding but also for you as a couple. This is very significant because you need the venue to be an ideal location for people to get to and to also cater for everything you require on your special day. With that in mind, it’s worth having a checklist ready so that you can tick things off as you look around it. There are going to be venues where you might want to get married in but not have the reception, which is perfectly fine too. It’s important to remember, though, that this may cost more in getting guests from place to place and hiring out said venues. Factor in different elements of the venue, including what’s part of the cost you’re paying for, etc. The more you get with the venue itself, the better value it may end up being for your money.

Be Sure To Get Photos.

Photos capture your special day, and so it’s important to make sure you have everything in place to get those moments you can look back on for years to come. With so many guests, it’s hard to keep track of everyone, let alone get photos with them. That’s why it’s good to get a photographer and videographer where possible. Another option that’s worth doing is a photo booth from PictureBlast. A photo booth is a great opportunity to have your friends and family take photos themselves, often with props or a beautiful backdrop. Make sure you invest in one of these for your big day.

Make The Guest List Small Enough To Mingle.

The guest list is something you want to think about carefully. There are those that will have hundreds of guests and others who may have 50-100 depending on their preference. The smaller your guest list, the more of an opportunity you’ll get to mingle with them. It’s up to you what your preference would be but if you want to make the most of your guests, opt for a smaller crowd.

Make It Personal To You As A Couple.

The personal touches are always the most memorable, whether it’s the choice of the first dance to the signature cocktails you have at the bar. These are something that you will remember, but more importantly, your guests will too!

These tips are sure to make your wedding day memorable, so use these ideas for your own.
